The Salix is the generic name for a willow tree. When Mari bought the cafe in July 2015, she had to leave the family’s 25 year old, much loved, weeping pussy willow behind. In the years Mari had it, it was a den for her four children to play and have picnics under its beautiful twisted branches.
We are now closed for a well deserved break. We will be open again on Thursday October 1st & will run Thursdays to Sundays 9am to 3pm. If its raining we may close early but will always be open on time.
